Dr. Abhay Agrawal received specialized training in advanced laparoscopic Bariatric surgery and Robotic surgery from experts in France, Austria and USA. Later he completed his Fellowship in Bariatric from Clinique de Savegarde, Lyon, France, a leading hospital with the highest number of Bariatric cases in the world. He has been trained in India and abroad, under globally renowned doctors like Prof. A. Cuschieri (U.K.), Prof. Jacques Perissat, Dr. Jean - Louis Dulucq (both France) Dr Michel Gagner (USA) and of course, Dr. J.B. Agrawal. He has published papers in several national and international publications and has participated as speaker/Panelist/Delegate at a large number of seminars, workshops and conferences.

Dr. Baljeet Kaur Waan, (MBBS, MD - Anesthesiology)

She currently works as an Anesthesiologist at Beams Hospitals and has previously worked as Consultant Anesthetist and Intensivist with various hospitals in Amritsar. Her experience in Laparoscopy started in 2004 when she worked as anesthetist to Laparoscopic surgeons at SMT Parvati Devi Hospital (Amritsar). Dr. Waan has completed the FCCS Course (Critical Care Course) and has also worked as an Assistant Professor with Sri Guru Ram Das Medical College (Amritsar) for 2+ years. She has worked with different specialties like critical care, Neuro surgeries, Pain Management, Lap. Dr. Jennifer Desai

She has completed M.B.B.S from Christian Medical College (Ludhiana) and DNB (Gen. Surgery) from Pune. Thereafter she returned to Mumbai, and had the privilege to work as an Associate Consultant in Surgery at some of the esteemed hospitals like Hinduja Hospital, Bombay Hospital, Lilavati Hospital and Raheja Hospital. In these hospitals she got the opportunity to work with India�s finest surgeons like Dr. Sanjay Sharma, Dr. R.K. Deshapande, Dr. D. Parikh, Dr. J.N. Kulkarni and Dr. Vinay Deshmane which enhanced her surgical skills further especially in the specialty of Oncosurgery. She has completed 6 month Fellowship in Thoracoscopic Surgery from Oita University in Japan, under Dr. Kawahara.

She is now practicing as a General Surgeon at Beams Hospitals - Mumbai. She performs all kinds of Open and Laparoscopic Surgeries. She is passionate about spreading awareness in the female community about the rising incidence of Breast and Ovarian Cancer in recent years and other common problems of women which can be treated surgically. Dr. Mahesh Patwardhan

Having worked in India for 8 years as a senior lecturer at The KEM Hospital, Parel, Mumbai, he went to UK to pursue a career in Obstetrics and Gynaecology. His training was mainly in the North Thames region in London. He worked in various well-known hospitals such as Newham General, Haroldwood, Royal London and Barts, North Middlesex Hospital for his specialist training. He was then appointed as a consultant in 2004 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Woolwich (NHS). He also works in four private hospitals in UK. Recently he has joined Beams Hospital in Khar (W) Mumbai as Chief Laparoscopic Gyn Surgeon.

In addition to General Obstetrics and Gynecology, his special interests are Advanced Minimal Access Surgery, Colposcopy, Pelvic pain and Urogynaecology. He has been a national and international trainer for consultants in Advanced Laparoscopic procedures and Incontinence Surgical procedures (for the Ethicon and Gynecare divisions of Johnson and Johnson) and has been a speaker in a number of national/ international conferences. Dr. Manjiri Kawde

Dr. Manjiri Kawde graduated from Grant Medical College, J.J. Hospital. She has experience of nearly two decades of private practice exclusively in Mumbai. She is associated with Beams Hospitals since August, 2013 as a Gynecologist. Dr. Manjula Anagani, (MBBS, MD)

Dr. Sharda Adlakha, (MBBS, D.G.O., Ex-PCMS)

started her practice as a Gynaecologist in 1970 after studying in Government Medical College, Amritsar. After Pursuing Government and Army assignment for 8 years, she started one of the first private hospitals in Amritsar with a major trust in maternity by the Adlakha Hospital. In 1994 she started the first IVF and infertility centre at Amritsar. She was also the first Gynecologist in Amritsar under whom the concept of surrogated motherhood was started in Amritsar. Till date she continues to be one of the leading infertility specialists of Punjab. She was also a pioneer in starting the era of minimal invasive surgery in Punjab with the team of Dr. Rakesh Sinha & Dr. Neeta Warty. Previously, Dr. Suresh was a Senior Consultant at Wockhardt Hospital and used to head the Department of Minimal Access Surgery and Bariatric Surgery. He has trained in Laparoscopic Surgery under world renowned surgeon Dr. C. Palanivelu, (President, Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India and Past President of Association of Surgeons of India) to become an advanced practitioner of Laparoscopy. Dr. Suresh has also been National Senior Vice-President of Association of Minimal Access Surgeons of India (AMASI) and was an Organizing Secretary of AMASICON. He was awarded the prestigious �Prof Shanmukeswar Rao Memorial Oration� award in APASICON 2009. Several young surgeons in General and Laparoscopic Surgery have been training under him.
